We are still small. But our dream is big.
Leangle Crypto is not a giant technology company.
We don't have millions of users.
We don't have a massive payment network.
We don't have the resources of a major fintech company.
But we have something that every big journey needs:
A dream.
And today, Leangle is taking another small but meaningful step toward that dream.
We are exploring the possibility of building a strategic partnership with DANA Indonesia for the future development of Leangle Pay.
This is not an announcement that a partnership has been approved.
It is something much simpler.
We are knocking on the door.
From a Small Village to a Bigger Digital Dream
The story of Leangle has always been about starting small.
Leangle The Dreamer Villager represents someone who comes from humble beginnings, faces challenges, and continues moving forward despite having limited resources.
That philosophy is now becoming part of our technology vision.
Leangle started with $LC — Leangle Crypto.
But the long-term vision is bigger than a token.
We want to explore how Leangle can develop into a broader digital ecosystem involving:
- Community
- Digital products
- Merchants
- Payments
- Rewards
- Marketplace
- Digital services
- Blockchain technology
And one of the concepts at the center of that vision is:
Leangle Pay
What Is Leangle Pay?
Leangle Pay is a proposed digital payment and ecosystem application designed to connect users, merchants, communities, and digital services.
The idea is simple:
Make digital transactions easier while creating a bridge between the Leangle community and everyday digital commerce.
Potential features could include:
- Digital payment services
- QR payment
- Merchant payments
- Transaction history
- Merchant dashboard
- Digital products
- Loyalty and rewards
- Community promotions
- Marketplace functionality
The final product, however, would depend on technical feasibility, business requirements, regulatory considerations, and the payment infrastructure available through potential partners.
Why Are We Approaching DANA?
This is where the story becomes interesting.
Instead of trying to build an entire payment infrastructure from scratch, Leangle wants to explore the possibility of working with an established payment provider.
DANA's business platform currently offers solutions including payment gateway, API integration, QRIS-related payment integration, POS, disbursement, and Enterprise Wallet services.
DANA's payment gateway platform also provides different integration approaches, including hosted checkout and API solutions.
For a small project like Leangle, this creates an interesting possibility.
Instead of trying to reinvent the payment infrastructure, we could focus on what we believe we can build best:
The application.
The community.
The merchant ecosystem.
The user experience.
The brand.
And potentially build on top of appropriate payment infrastructure provided through a qualified partner.
We Are Not Asking for a Shortcut
This is perhaps the most important part of the story.
Leangle is not saying:
“We are already a major fintech company.”
We are not.
We are not saying:
“DANA has approved Leangle Pay.”
It hasn't.
And we are not saying:
“Leangle already has millions of users.”
It doesn't.
Instead, we are saying:
We have an idea. We have a vision. And we are willing to build it step by step.
That means starting with conversations.
Then technical evaluation.
Then compliance.
Then potentially a pilot.
And only after that, if everything works, potentially expanding the partnership.
The Proposed Leangle Pay Ecosystem
The initial concept is relatively straightforward:
User
↓
Leangle Pay
↓
Payment Infrastructure Partner
↓
Merchant
The $LC ecosystem would remain a separate layer from the fiat payment infrastructure during the initial stage.
This distinction is important.
Leangle is not asking DANA to process $LC as part of the initial proposal.
Instead, $LC remains part of the broader Leangle digital ecosystem, while payment processing would use an appropriate payment infrastructure subject to partner approval and applicable requirements.
What Could a DANA × Leangle Pay Collaboration Look Like?
Nothing has been agreed yet.
But conceptually, there could be several areas worth discussing.
1. Payment Integration
Leangle could explore appropriate DANA Enterprise payment solutions depending on DANA's recommendation and approval.
2. QRIS
QRIS integration could potentially provide a familiar payment experience for participating merchants, subject to the applicable DANA structure and requirements. DANA currently provides QRIS API integration options for business platforms.
3. Merchant Ecosystem
Leangle could focus on acquiring and supporting participating merchants within its community and ecosystem.
4. Digital Commerce
A future Leangle marketplace could potentially connect merchants with users through the Leangle platform.
5. Community Campaigns
Leangle and a payment partner could potentially explore promotional campaigns if there is a suitable commercial structure.
These are potential areas for discussion, not confirmed features or partnership commitments.
Starting Small: The Leangle Pay Pilot
We don't believe a small project should try to become huge overnight.
Instead, we believe in:
Start small.
Test.
Learn.
Improve.
Scale.
That's why our proposal includes the possibility of a controlled pilot.
Proposed Initial Pilot
Users: 1,000–5,000
Merchants: 20–50
Duration: 90–180 days
The numbers above are development targets, not claims of current users or merchants.
The objective would be to evaluate:
- Technical integration
- Payment reliability
- User adoption
- Merchant adoption
- Transaction activity
- Customer experience
- Operational requirements
- Compliance requirements
If the pilot demonstrates potential, the next stage could be discussed.
Why Would This Matter to DANA?
At first glance, Leangle is small.
And we know that.
But small projects can sometimes bring something that larger organizations cannot easily create:
A focused community.
Leangle's potential contribution could include:
Community
A community-driven digital audience.
Merchant Acquisition
Potential outreach to small businesses and community merchants.
Web3 Experimentation
An opportunity to explore payment experiences involving a Web3-oriented community.
Brand Storytelling
A different narrative from traditional fintech:
A small village dream trying to enter the digital economy.
Long-Term Ecosystem Development
If successful, Leangle could potentially grow from a token community into a broader digital ecosystem.
What We Are Asking From DANA
At this stage, we are not asking DANA to immediately approve Leangle Pay.
We are asking for something much more realistic:
A Conversation.
We would like the DANA team to review our proposal and, if the concept is considered relevant, guide us toward the appropriate partnership process.
We would like to understand:
- Which DANA Enterprise solution would be appropriate?
- What technical architecture would be required?
- What legal entity requirements apply?
- What KYC/KYB requirements apply?
- What compliance requirements should Leangle prepare for?
- What commercial model could potentially work?
- Would a pilot project be feasible?
DANA's official help center states that partnership proposals can be submitted by email with complete details and a WhatsApp contact for follow-up.
That is why Leangle has prepared a formal Leangle Pay Partnership Proposal for consideration.
The Proposal Has Been Sent By Email
This is an important milestone for Leangle.
We have prepared a partnership proposal covering:
- Leangle Crypto profile
- Leangle Pay concept
- Ecosystem architecture
- Target users
- Merchant strategy
- Business model
- Potential partnership areas
- Pilot project
- KPI framework
- Roadmap
- Compliance approach
- Long-term vision
The proposal is not a demand.
It is an invitation to start a conversation.
What If DANA Says No?
This is something we are prepared for.
Maybe DANA will say:
“Not yet.”
Maybe the business model needs to change.
Maybe the legal structure needs improvement.
Maybe Leangle needs more users.
Maybe the technology needs to mature.
Maybe the timing isn't right.
And that's okay.
Because the goal isn't simply to get a “yes.”
The goal is to build something worthy of a yes.
If we are told to improve, we improve.
If we are told to start smaller, we start smaller.
If we are told to come back later, we keep building.
A Small Step Can Become a Big Journey
Every major company started with an idea.
Every major ecosystem started with its first users.
Every successful product had a first version.
And every ambitious founder had to take the first step.
For Leangle, this is one of those moments.
A small project.
A small community.
A small proposal.
But a very big dream.
From $LC to Leangle Pay
The long-term Leangle vision is not simply about creating another token.
We want to explore whether $LC — Leangle Crypto can become part of a broader brand and digital ecosystem.
That ecosystem could eventually include:
$LC
↓
Community
↓
Leangle Pay
↓
Merchants
↓
Marketplace
↓
Rewards
↓
Digital Ecosystem
Of course, not every part of this vision will happen immediately.
Some ideas may change.
Some may be rejected.
Some may require regulatory or technical approval.
But that's what building looks like.
We Are Knocking on the Door
Could there be a future where Leangle Pay and DANA work together?
We don't know the answer yet.
Only time, evaluation, and the people behind the decision can determine that.
But one thing is certain.
Leangle has knocked on the door.
And whatever happens next...
we keep building.
Preparing a proposal was only the first step.
Leangle also took the next step by sending an official partnership inquiry email to DANA.
The purpose of the email was simple:
To open a conversation.
Through the email, Leangle introduced the Leangle Pay concept and expressed its interest in exploring a potential strategic partnership with DANA, particularly regarding payment infrastructure and DANA Enterprise solutions that may be suitable for the Leangle Pay ecosystem.
The email also included the Leangle Pay Partnership Proposal as an attachment for the DANA team to review and consider.
The message was not intended to claim an existing partnership or request immediate approval.
Instead, Leangle asked the DANA team to evaluate the proposal and, if the concept is considered relevant, provide guidance on the appropriate partnership process.
The email addressed several important areas, including:
- The vision behind Leangle Pay
- The proposed digital payment ecosystem
- Potential DANA Enterprise integration
- Merchant payment opportunities
- A potential pilot project
- Technical and business considerations
- KYC/KYB and compliance requirements
- The separation between $LC and fiat payment infrastructure
- Long-term ecosystem opportunities
Most importantly, Leangle made its position clear:
We are not asking for a shortcut. We are asking for an opportunity to build.
One Email. One Proposal. One Big Dream.
For a small project like Leangle, sending an email to an established fintech company may seem like a very small action.
But for us, it represents something bigger.
It represents the willingness to take the first step.
The email was sent to:
DANA Indonesia
Email: help@dana.id
Along with the email, Leangle submitted its Leangle Pay Partnership Proposal for preliminary consideration.
Now, the next step is no longer entirely in Leangle's hands.
It is up to the DANA team to review the concept, evaluate its feasibility, and determine whether there could be an opportunity for further discussion.
And that is perfectly fine.
Because entrepreneurship is not about knowing the answer before you start.
Sometimes, it is simply about having the courage to ask the question.
From a Small Village to a Bigger Dream 🌱
Leangle's journey has always been about one simple message:
You don't have to start big to dream big.
Today, that dream is taking another step.
From $LC...
to Leangle Pay...
to the possibility of working with established payment infrastructure...
and potentially toward a broader digital ecosystem.
We are still small.
But our dream is big.
And this may only be the beginning.
